At DocuDeliver, we understand that your contracts and internal agreements contain highly sensitive information. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with global standards, including the GDPR and the Zambian Data Protection Act (ZDPA).
2. Information We Collect
- Account Information: Name, email address, and organization details when you register.
- Document Data: Documents you upload for signing, flattening, or template creation.
- Audit Trail Data: IP addresses, timestamps, and browser user-agent data strictly for generating legally binding, tamper-evident audit trails when signatures are executed.

3. How We Use Your Data
We operate on a principle of data sovereignty. We do not mine your contracts for data or sell your information to third parties. Data is used exclusively to:
- Provide, secure, and maintain the DocuDeliver signature and template service.
- Generate immutable audit trails for legal compliance.
- Communicate important account and subscription updates.
4. Data Security & Storage
All documents in transit and at rest are secured with bank-grade encryption. Once a document is completely executed, it is permanently flattened and secured. We utilize local processing and secure server architecture to ensure unauthorized parties cannot access your agreements.
