Terms of Service & Legal
Last Updated: June 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DocuDeliver ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.
2. Payment & Merchant of Record
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Your payment is processed securely by Paddle, and their terms and conditions apply to the transaction.
3. Subscription, Upgrades, and Downgrades
DocuDeliver is billed on a subscription basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel auto-renewal through your online account management page.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time by navigating to the billing settings in your DocuDeliver dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle. We do not restrict access to your previously executed documents and audit trails after cancellation, but your ability to send new documents will be restricted to the Free plan limits.
5. Refund Policy
To ensure a fair experience, we offer the following refund policy:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month subscription periods.
- Annual Subscriptions: If you are unhappy with your annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.
To request a refund within the eligible period, please contact [email protected] or contact Paddle support directly.
6. User Responsibilities & Legal Validity
While DocuDeliver provides compliant digital signatures and immutable flattening, you are solely responsible for ensuring that electronic signatures are legally valid for the specific type of document and jurisdiction in which you are operating. We do not provide legal advice.
